As of February 8, 2008 at, Microsoft's MMS protocol specification was released at the end! For everyone with a lot of web sites and other documents to read and download. For this, I waited about 7 years.

This is a major breakthrough in the SDP and the basic how MMS actually works now trying to figure team work means should continue. At the same time there will be other updates to our MMS protocol specification document means.

Like our other versions of the MMS protocol document will be sent now. However, we the 'software development continues. Thus you can manage them more as software updates are waiting.

Do not forget where I saw it first! Many people project and as a result of several days (even months or years) working contribution, we did it! SDP, is the result of all this hard work. SDP's first release back in 2002, oh yes, MMS enough, even back then was documented.

Now what?
Continued software development. Free releases, new tools .. All coming along fine - but maybe slowly.
Of course, Microsoft, now streaming media server and the player has dropped MMS protocol. That version of Media Player 11 has no MMS capability. So the focus now RTSP and HTTP open.
MMS will continue to support the SDP downloader course, for old servers are still operational today and will probably still operational in the next 2-5 years. SDP Multimedia 2.3.0 can now download free.
